2020 Festival Presenter Information

Tips For Festival Day Success

Picture
To help the day run smoothly, please read the following details:
  • Arrive on campus 60 to 90 minutes before your first presentation (between 8:30-9:00 for all Session One presenters).
  • Check in at the main entrance of Red Rocks Community College. We’ll provide a light breakfast and a volunteer to help carry materials to your presentation location. (Later, we will also provide lunch.)
  • All rooms at RRCC are equipped with a screen, projector and dry erase board. If you will be using the projector and screen, please bring your own computer AND be sure it has a standard HDMI connection (pictured). You will need to bring an adapter if your computer does not have HDMI compatibility.
  • A map of the RRCC Lakewood campus is below. Additional maps are also available
    1. Google Map
    2. PDF (printable) Map

Between registration and festival day please contact Ellen Olson at denvermetrowaterfest@gmail.com or 720-934-7632 if you:
  • Need to change your initially-requested setup or equipment.
  • Would like guidance or advice on your presentation.
  • Have any other questions.

Thank you for making the
2020 Denver Metro Water Festival a success!
